Jeff D. Reeter,CLU
Managing Partner
Jeff D. Reeter, CLU, is one of Northwestern Mutual's most prominent leaders and became Managing Partner for Texas Financial Group – Houston - Austin - San Antonio on July 1, 2002. Jeff moved to Houston from Fort Worth, Texas, where he served as Managing Partner from 1996 through June of 2002. Under his leadership, the network office experienced tremendous expansion in sales, recruitment and the development of new representatives to serve the community. His team earned numerous awards including Northwestern Mutual's Growth Award the past five years in a row.
Jeff joined Northwestern Mutual in 1984 after graduating from Baylor University with a business degree. He distinguished himself as an extremely successful Financial Representative in Dallas, Texas, earning some of the Company's highest honors. Among his many sales achievements, Jeff led his local network office in production on more than one occasion and has been a Million Dollar Round Table Life Member, 2005-2007. He has also worked to better himself professionally by earning the Chartered Life Underwriter designation.
Jeff entered leadership as a Field Director in 1990 and proved to be a natural, twice guiding his team to the number one position in the Southern Region. He was soon promoted to Assistant Managing Partner in Dallas, and in this role, he was responsible for all aspects of running a network office. Jeff's passion for leadership and talent led to his Fort Worth appointment in 1996.
As Managing Partner, Jeff is responsible for the Company's sales and service operations for all of southern Texas including the Houston metropolitan area, Austin, San Antonio and College Station. His proven ability in sales, recruiting, mentoring and leadership serve him well as he leads The Texas Financial Group – Houston - Austin - San Antonio Network Office.
Jeff and his wife, Cindy, have three children, Chad, Ryan and Cody. Jeff is active in his church and enjoys running, fishing, golfing and playing softball.
The Network Office has been active since 1958.
